Board of Directors - Contact Your Club
The Board is composed of 6 elected directors. There are four (4) elected officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary and
Treasurer, and up to 3 Trail Bosses.
The officers shall be appointed by the Board of Directors, or to the
extent authorized in the Bylaws.
Two (2) directors are elected each year, to serve for a three (3) year term, i.e. “Person A” and “Person B” shall be elected the first year and “Person C” and “Person D” shall be elected on the second year and “Person E” and “Person F” shall be elected on the third year. In
addition, the outgoing president shall remain a director for one year.
