Lake Tom Sno Fleas - Trail Riders, Inc.

Club History

The Lake Tom Sno Fleas - Trail Riders snowmobile and ATV/UTV club beginnings date back a few years ago when the New Tom Sno Fleas Est. 1973 and the Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV club Est. 2017 started discussing future possibilities of merging the two clubs. There were informal discussions and finally a Board Meeting about the pros and cons.  What is the best route for the benefit of these two clubs in our small hometown of Lake Tomahawk?  Another year and a half passed and the concept was brought up again.  What is the best interest of the membership and the clubs as a whole?  Formal discussions commenced. Feedback at individual meetings was started and once the Boards of each club realized everyone was onboard, a committee was formed to start the process.  Many meetings later, the new club name was released and the bylaws were shared for adoption.

Our Mission:

To promote safe motorized recreational vehicles (MRV) riding in the greater Lake Tomahawk area.

To carry out the mission of Lake Tom Sno Fleas - Trail Riders Inc., and to make effective representation on behalf of its members, Lake Tom Sno Fleas - Trail Riders Inc., shall be
organized as a non-profit, non-stock Club under Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

New-Tom Sno Fleas snowmobile club was incorporated in 1973 and is over 50 years old.  The Lake Tomahawk ATV/UTV Club was formed in 2017.  The merge formed the LAKE TOM SNO FLEAS - TRAIL RIDERS, established in 2025!

Board of Directors - Contact Your Club

The Board is composed of 6 elected directors.  There are four (4) elected officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary and
Treasurer, and up to 3 Trail Bosses.

The officers shall be appointed by the Board of Directors, or to the
extent authorized in the Bylaws.

Two (2) directors are elected each year, to serve for a three (3) year term, i.e. “Person A” and “Person B” shall be elected the first year and “Person C” and “Person D” shall be elected on the second year and “Person E” and “Person F” shall be elected on the third year. In
addition, the outgoing president shall remain a director for one year.
